Danielle & Johnny are a young couple based in Austin, TX, with a successful home flipping business.

This is their third project, located in the East Side: A two-bedroom, one bath ranch style home built in the 1960’s.

Except for plumbing and electrical, Johnny does a majority of the renovation work himself

Danielle handles all of the interior and exterior design.

Danielle and Johnny plan to replace the old siding and windows with much needed upgrades.

While Johnny was tearing out the old drywall, this hammer, dating back to the 1960s, fell out. Carpenters back in the day would often hide one of their tools within the house as a sort of signature of their work.
